Vintage 1740

Matt from the wine bar next door asked me to do a cruiser for him.  We got ahold of a '50s Cosmic Flyer from Western Flyer.  It originally was built to look like a futuristic space ship bike.  Something Red Ranger would've ridden.  Pretty cool bike.  We're making it cooler.

So below is a picture of the bike with my scribbles on top of it.  This is how I usually create the design for the bikes before we start painting them.  The one thing I didn't change in the picture is the horn.  It's mounted on the handlebar and we're going to move it down to the front fender.  Where any respectable horn would be.  Pretty sweet.  And yes, the lights and horn both work.  Also planning to cover the rear rack with a nice piece of wood and have a wine holder welded to attach to the side of the rack.  The paint is metallic dark brown and cream.
